Just think pass the parcel.
If you're my friend and I pass the parcel to you, and you buy it from me, and then you pass your parcel to me and I buy it from you. There is no trade it's just changing the value perceived of the share price.
If you accumulate enough shares sell them down, you might hit some stop holds along the way down, and then buy back up again. - Rinse repeat.
