Gcar they still have to declare. If MS have 5 subsidiary’s all owning 1% at the end of the day MS owns 5% and needs to be declared. Just like we see with directors in Gxy and many public and private companies, it’s not uncommon for direct family members to show up on directors interest notices. I 100% get where your coming from Gcar and would like to believe it to be true, I have just never seen evidence to support the claim. Does anyone have access to broker data for the past week or two?
