Gcar, I agree with the sentiment on the name, meh.
As a result of the merger, do you or anyone else know where we'll sit? ASX200, likely, but the ASX100? Funds will acquire shares as a result. We've seen it all before.
As a final note: At some point this morning, the GXY shares dropped off ANZ. The ORE appeared yesterday, so I wasn't sure how the process would occur. I had to update the cost per share, but I'm cool with that as I had to do similar for last years (and going forward) tax return.
Good times ahead. I still think a combo of the names would have been a cooler option, GOA (GXY, ORE, Aust...). She's going to be a real goer... nudge nudge, wink wink.
