Does anybody have a personal email for somebody at GXY investor relations? I need to find out if there is any info in the GXY merger documentation that refers to whether the merger is a taxable event. My bank needs guidance. They did a virtual sale of our GXY shares and now we'll need to pay a shyte load of income tax. I want the tax postponed until we actually want to sell. Any help or insight will be welcome.
