    Do not worry about what others say. The market is much more smarter than you me or others criticise of this deal. the SP went up nearly 30% just after announcing the sale of northern part.

    Also this part was bought by GXY from another company at a much cheaper price. GXy sold it at the correct time with a profit and using that money to develop the southern part.

    Keep up with the good work mate.
