A deal like pls is a slap to shareholders.
The shorting of pls shares benefited ganfeng. From the shorting they get pls shares at 64.4c per share for 5% of the company. Pls will have to write 6% of extra shares for the deal in the new share pool. Anyone who had 10% of pls will now have only 9.4% with the value at 64.4c as per the deal. Posco has been robbed, the gentleman even pay above on market price. When the honeymoon is over, short sellers will remind excited shareholders.
The only thing that cost ganfeng is six months of conversion profit margin from pls own spodumene. Or six months of overhead cost at the converting factory.
As owner and buyer they also determine the price they pay minus prepayments. The calculator warriors are wrong.

AT did say, off takers must remain as such. Buyers and sellers cannot be the same. Tony knows Chinatowns game. There would be many chinese companies wanting a percentage holding in GXY at current SP disguise in a deal.
AT also said the it was hard to trace visa of origin of many interested parties. Could it be from the shorting source? We'll just take our time for a genuine deal that properly value shareholders.

No deal for percentage of GXY at current SP.... not unless the SP dramatically increases first....cash or tech... only
