The more l think about the judge is out of town the more comedic it seems. I reckon there's a showdown and AT is calling their bluff. The beatdown on lithium imo has been a farce for big players to get in cheap for an investment that will be a kick yourself moment for not getting in in hindsight. AT knows this and is biding his time. Better to wheel and deal when the buyers are desperate. As much as it hurts to have paper losses now we'll be calling the guy a master negotiator when this all plays out and our pockets are lined.
The judge is out of town sounds like a taunt. The dog ate my contract... come back next month with a better offer.
