I agree, once the POSCO funds land, an offer will arrive.
I think you're dreaming if you think it will be 25% above current share price. Anything below $4 will never go through given the large insto following. They will simply vote it down along with the board. The potential moving forward is enormous.
The potential suitor will have approx 10 trading days to make an offer from the end of Oct, because once the news of SDV partnership along with what ever else they have brewing hits the market it will be too late IMO.
This price action is not normal. I think all will be revealed very soon.
