Folks seem to be talking about a takeover attempt as though it were an inevitability.
There's plenty of circumstantial evidence to back up the theory... but anything solid?
I know the SP is ridiculously low, and the Posco cash is landing soon, and the SDV deal is landing soon too, and that the prospects for the future look great... But anything else?
Why does everyone seem so certain of a takeover attempt?
