I recently witnessed a 2% decline in shorts for SYR. UBS just returned shares from one nominee account to another. Two days later they borrowed them again. If the shorts are borrowing from themselves, their positions will close off market. How is this legal? Asic has never convicted an institution of playing the shorts on both sides.
The only criminal charge layed against on Aussie was this one. He was playing the bots
