Passive company..? Developing not 1, but 2 sites!
Not pro active..?. The wheels are turning. Should be some very nice announcements this year regarding synergies with posco, possible JV's and results from optimisation circuits. 
The market sentiment will turn soon enough... and with it a lot short covering.

The only real volume currently is from shorts covering... they know what's coming. Everyone else will jump in soon enough and we'll be back above fair value.
