I understand you are emotional over the company but Reuters Eikon isnt an analyst but an analytic tool. For example nine analysts cover GXY and the numbers are fed in Reuters and come up with an aggregate score - you also get the high and low values and detail. In FY2019 analysts are expecting GXY to take out a loan during FY19 at ~$120M on average where Capex is forecasted to spike by an additional ~$100M. They're looking for improvement in ROA from FY18 3.55% to FY19 9.94%  - theyre also looking for improvements in operating margins from 13.8% to 26.2%. This won't be done by just getting POSCO money.
