Three other aspects id like to add to your very insightful post:

1. What about the non conventional technologies being trialled? Are these POSLx or something else? I also expect initial results from these trials in the next month or two.

2. Remember those one-off shipments to POSCO from Mt. Cattlin? What was that about? My bet - POSCO JV offer included some interest in off-taking from Mt.Cattlin.

3. Remember the small revenue from SdV we realised in our last half-yearly? Query who that shipment was to?

quite frankly i will be staggered if some of these announcements dont result in a market sensitive announcement in the next 2 months.

and considering we are still within a fleas bottom of our 12-monthly low, youd have to be crazy to open a new short on this now!

i suspect short interest will gradually decline now (as we saw with ORE today) over the next month or so and GXY will rerate to an appropriate value pending further development.
