Its nice to see some of those well recognised names in the top 5, and @Wary 1 highlights a somewhat confusing situation by pointing at one of them. (What people say and do)

In some ways who invests in the company with me doesn't really matter, but I think most would agree that investing in a company which the management has no (I hate this term) skin in the game can be a little concerning.

In this instance we have Anthony and Martin (personally) at #'s 7 & 8 with a combined ownership of 2.26%

Though, of that sum of shares I am certain that a vast majority were gifted rather than purchased.

And on a fully diluted basis don't forget those millions of optio waiting in the wings which they need over $2.72 (isn't it?) by July next year. They would practically double their holdings.

They will want to make sure the share price is well north of there by then. Hovering around won't be enough.
