Iirc a couple of years back there was a pie chart or something similar that summarised our holders. I think there was an 18% fraction listed as retail or something to that effect.
BUT, there was also another "other" category, somewhere around 30 or 40% (can't remember) that may have also been partly retail but we couldn't tell.... So, this led to the often cited 18% or 20% retail figure that some throw around here sometimes..
Could be 18.... Could be 50...?
