But, that puts a lot of Trust, in the different groups working together.
What would happen if HF, decided to keep the Shares long term?

Although, realistically, The 4 Parties might be in the same situation, with Other Stocks, at different positions, in the Chain.

If You Screw over the other Parties, in one stock, they can catch you out in another.
Who knows, they could be shorting 100 Stocks, at the same time.

They might be all to scared, to fall out of line.
Or they are All just happy with the current situation, so why Rock the Boat.
