GXY can go all alone if it has to. A 25k ton plant will cost approx $275million. The money is already in the bank. In a worst case scenario GXY can borrow for the plant if required through a loan facility. GXY can expand by another 25k tons a few years later from income generated from the first plant. There is no need to dilute shareholders and for a technical partner.
