I am of the opinion that GXY should not look for strategic partner. They don't need to: 1.. It is a specialty chemical and no rocket science. 2.. Experience can always be bought for a price 3.. By signing an off take partner you will end up giving up some liberties. 4.. By bringing in a partner you will dilute shareholders.
For these reasons I think AT wants to make sure whatever the partner brings to the table is quantifiable and valuable for shareholders to pay their asking price. A few months therefore are of no consequence.
