It's a mindset that you need to have long term off take agreements. You actually don't. There is a pricing agreement and a supply agreement. A pricing agreement may be revisited as per industry practice i.e. every year and a supply agreement for set number of years e.g. 3/5 years depending upon your future plans to go further downstream.
The profits are not in mining, they are in the speciality chemicals business.
