I really am baffled when people say the share price has fallen for "no real rhyme nor reason".

There are a lot of reasons and those reasons are more pertinent than ever, but people continue to ignore and/or dismiss them:

1) Price of lithium has dropped like a stone over the last 12+ months
2) Parties aren't coming to the table to offer a decent partnership for SDV
3) Its only producing asset for at least the next 5 years (Mt C) is pumping out dud production report after dud report.
