When Daniel commented that the instos are being "short term" in their views you should have pointed out to him that this is not the case. The instos havent been selling down their holdings, and that would indicate they are in fact looking "long term" beyond the current sentiment.
I'm guessing this whole share price thing is BECAUSE they are looking long term. Very long term imo.
