Not a a beans counter myself, but I suspect all the frantic work, whatever expense which can be bring forward, capital investments , whatever losses, prepayment and anything and everything under sun that can be offset against the capital gains (legally) is happening now in SDV before the May dead line.
With the low share price as it is (whether it was market forces or being manipulated) and huge potential of lithium in the next few years where deals were done to lock in supply left right and centre before our eyes (excluding GXY ), it is close to certainty the sharks is circling and GXY could be gobbled up by the big boy any day. (I am hoping for a big premium if that happen)
