    I would take my hat off to @Gekkko for pushing through with what he said he will do. Most people would just give up and accept it as part of the market as in most cases, a single retail holder does not have the time, money, and resources to pursue such things ( and you always get re-buffed by ASIC saying "it is not our job, no evidence", etc ).
