Interesting development today from FMG with the declaration of a special dividend. That announcement has seen the share price rise 7.5%+ to over $8 per share.
The reason I bring this up on the GXY forum is that it is a very clever way to beef up their share price...... seemingly right before a "scrip" takeover offer is made. It's a very astute capital management tactic and one that has to be applauded.
Let's see who the target is................. my money is on either GXY or PLS.
