Just using rough figures here but a Placement of shares is usually at a premium sometimes so
10% of a40's shares at closing price .20c = 26.75m
10% of a40's shares at a price .25c = approx 33.43m
10% of a40's shares at a price .30c = approx 40.1m
It wont bother our Cash position but can some on here tell me what advantage owning say 10% plus of A40 brings to GXY.
