I would say there is next to no chance WES buying Livent. After the failure of their last overseas expansion attempt, the board would want to think twice about doing it again.

Livent is facing class actions left right and centre, which will likely take years to resolve with the liabilities unknown at this stage, it is virtually take over proof. I recently bought some Livent so I'd love to see a takeover but reality is that it's unlikely.

Not sure who Joe is but sounds like he is just talking his own book. Does he disclose his interest in stocks he talks about? What are his credentials? He is your mate right?
