You have to take Norway into the context of the size of its overall Cars on the road scenario and from the article below who can actually afford the EVs atm in Norway?

Norwegians have and have had for a long period, great Government incentives in place for EVs . No other Country has or can match them at present.

What needs to be shown for posters here are the major developed Countries EV numbers and any actual progress they have made, right now upto June 30 2019, just how much of a dent into ICE car sales is happening from 2nd half 2018? and China's strangle hold has to be broken somehow. imo
imo whats needed is the position where 20m plus EVs worldwide are being sold yearly not including PHEVs .(atm 1.2 m are sold outside of China(1.3m))
and thats not gunna happen until Governments around the world offer incentives instead of waving a rubber stick around with 2030 deadlines for ICE cars sales stoppages as their catchwords.
Theres nothing definitive atm with Lithuim. imo
It will change but the problem for holders of lithium stocks is When.
No-one on here would be able to answer that. imo
