I don't have the course of sales handy, but the condition code on the trades will give you a hint. Look it up, and then do a Google search for something like "ASX condition code trade reporting". I'm quite certain that it isn't stock return of borrow, because those transactions aren't trades (or at least they don't report via course of sales). I'm going to guess a late report of a crossing, but that's just a guess.

You can also search for "ASX securities lending transactions report" or something similar and get some useful answers for lending info.

Finally, if you have lots of money, you can subscribe to a thing called Datalend, which is an information provider to the securities lending market. (I don't have lots of money, unfortunately).
