That 52c EPS is an optical illusion. It included the one-off sale of the northern tenement of SDV. Hopefully people aren't misguided into thinking it's "cheap" based on this. Although I know a lot of people buy without doing much research and end up paying dearly for it and blame others for their bad investment decisions.
