Firstly, enough rhetoric, look up the damn price.

Look it up.
Secondly, yes we know that we are not at cost price parity yet, but it is fast approaching.
In the meantime the early adopters will buy their vehicles and in a couple of years from now (2022 forecast in Europe) purchase price parity will be reached.
It will take a bit longer in other parts of the world.
It is only a matter of time, and the numbers show that there is already decent growth in uptake across the world.
As for the exponential growth, I posted about this yesterday. The recent YOY growth of global EV deliveries of circa 60% is not really sustainable, and it should imo be expected that this growth reduces to a more med-term level of somewhere around 25%.
This would put us on track for 30m EVs per year by 2030, or about 30% penetration.
Stop dribbling FUD, post some numbers and facts and demonstrate some considered and reasonable analysis ffs, instead of the rampant FUD campaign of a desperate pip trader.
