And btw, regarding charging stations, most people will very rarely require some urgent refill while on the road. Under 40km average driven per day - overnight off-peak top up is fine for most of the time, for most people.
I’d rather be paying 1/5th to 1/10th the price for my “fuel” compared to an ice car, and have the occasional “hassle” of having to coordinate and wait for an on-the-road recharge, on that rare occasion that I travel a few hundred kms in one go.
