A fair post, though how long at 80c would they need to hold it to get a TO of $1.30? Plus surely quite a few longterm holders would be underwater at that price.

Im not convinced there is much appetite in the corporate world for TO or mergers while trade war is escalating and Brexit hanging over Europe.

Posco look to be dragging there feet with PLS JV, and Posco share price is looking pretty sick too. They dont look to be in a hurry, but i do wish PLS well in their deal, because any deal will reflect well on the whole sector.

In regards BOD purchases i only see MR buying at $1.295.

MT bought at $1.47. AT received his 1.8m freebies at 1.56 ish so i cant see him accepting too low a ball.

A private equity deal could work in BOD favour, usually a signal of that is Resignations from the BOD.

Fingers crossed you picked the bottom yesterday.
