I'm also of the view that they need to go ahead with SDV, even at a slow pace ($10m a quarter even),
just to not fall behind the other big players.
Even if it means producing a small amount out of there
in about 2 years time when its functioning, ie. if demand for Li isnt high enough. They can always
scale up from there.
