1) A40 search for some more cash or better deals or partners? (probably most likely)

2) Somebody attempts to do a takeover and with GXY having a blocking stake does not allow that to happen without a massive premium?

3) Somebody attempts to do a takeover and with GXY having a blocking stake does not allow that to happen because it wants the company to fall to its knees so that it can take it over as cheap as it possibly can?

4) GXY and A40 agree to a script based TO at very attractive prices to GXY?

5) Something completely different? (they are the only scenarios that came to my head at the present time)
