Probably not a fair comparison as the Nissan appears to be a better build and certainly a better driving experience. What would be helpful is for car makers to provide expected life of car costs. Sometimes a cheap upfront cost leads to more expense in the long term with servicing and repairs. One of the reasons dealers have been reluctant to promote EV's is that they require far less servicing than ICE vehicles. A better way of price comparison would be estimated costs say over 5 years and 10 years of average driving conditions. If the manufacturers provided this information when marketing the vehicles it would assist buyers to make a more informed decision.
