It seems ORE are in a similar position to GXY with respect to supporting a cash stretched related entity. ORE announced this morning they will support a private placement by Advantage lithium (ORE owns 34.7%) to the tune of C$1.7m.
Sounds a lot like what GXY has done with LPD and A40. I reckon in the next few weeks (say by 3 September) we might be dipping into our pocket again to support a cash-stretched entity that we have a strategic stake in.
It feels like GXY is the parent of an unemployed uni student and we are being asked to fund their lifestyle....... the good news is, they eventually get a job and leave home (and stand on their own two feet)!!!
