What other assets? And if you mean A40's minority stake in Cowan, are you suggesting that A40 is fundamentally more undervalued than GXY?
GXYs own 'other assets' are not valued at all by the larger investment community.
I would hate to see the GXY throw away shareholder value for a marginal asset.
1:10 would imply a premium of over 50% if you look at the SPs the day A40 last traded.
