So they wouldn't hold onto the shares after they acquire them at just over $2.70? - That wouldn't be a good look. Imagine the news stories on that one.

@tutor even pointed out, those options arn't worth thinking about. I think we could pretty much remove them from a fully diluted calculation.

It's a very odd situation having a company that investors have shares in but they cannot dispose of them on market. That would have to piss a few of them off surely.
