Class action over a $20m investment that we don't know the outcome of as yet?
None of us know how strategic that investment is right now and what advantages may lie in having that access and position in a potential carve up.
A blocking stake could turn out to be very useful and having detailed knowledge of A40 would surely be an advantage if the intention is to pick up the assets.
