i don't see how your valuation is derived...
sources have told me that taking into consideration cue's known reserves (obviously subject to jeruk, remember there is still oil down there!!!), it is valued at 35c.
oyong delays have also placed downward pressure...
look for upward movement toward 20c plus once oyong is online. takeover a possibility if these levels are maintained....
