It's another wasted opportunity that the Aussie Govt could have assistsed in comercialising and creating a recycling station here in Oz for the worlds spent rods. Ok I read it and learnt. I still prefer a Harvard study over a commercial enterprise answer run on a bench. And it doesnt say eliminate waste.
