I would absolutely love to believe it was a scam - I'd feel a lot better about the future my kids are facing.
However, the US Navy is preparing for the security implications of climate change, even if the White House is sleepwalking. The UN is preparing for it. China is preparing for it. All these people are getting played for mugs I guess...
