Why would I bother ringing into the conference call when I had a large short position at the time? The company was/is doing a great job at capitulating every time it opens its mouth and even when it remains silent. For example, it kept holders believing a deal would be done for SDV up until the last minute even though the vast majority of the market knew a deal wouldn't be made. Similarly, the company has said it will be producing at SDV by 2021-22. That's just not a reality, IMO, and, IMO, the market knows this. I think you'll see when they finally release a timeline for SDV that holders will be quite disappointed. Their inability to find a partner has set it back significantly. They don't have the A$700m for a starter to complete the project.
