Let's recap... I have been a GXY holder for around 10 years.. never sold one share, never shorted and based my investment on the future of a good company.
2018 saw many threads about BMW/ Volkswagen, Tesla and of course aPosco partnership...None of them eventuated.
We hoped to ship from 15000t to 20000t a month... no news about it.
Our SP is back to the level of April 2016.... what a waste of invested money... the only ones who made a lot were the shorters. No matter how we criticizes them, they are laughing all the way to the bank.
For the first time I am thinking of playing their game.
Making a few grands a day would be better that sitting on the side line hoping...zzzzzz.
All stocks are manipulated but The management could do a better job in keeping us informed on production and make a final decision on SDV. ( Partnership or alone) The story of one judge going on holiday for a month when due to sign a document seems opaque.
My 2 cents worth...be nice to me ... just starting to doubt about how wise I was to invest so much money in a company going nowhere for the last 3 years.
Hi Moustique, I have been reading through your past posts and see that like me you are a true believer. Like you though, I am wondering what the hell is happening with this company and how the share price can continue to be going seemingly nowhere year after year. I note your post on 11/12/2017 (i.e. more than a year ago) where you stated: "Always been an optimistic but we are now at $3.42... on the 13th of January 17 the high was $ 3.48... a year of doing nothing.....lots of talk, lots of up and down, lots of positive announcements,boats come and go every month, production sold for the next 5 years and the SP does not take off.. blame the DB report and others, blame the shorters but the reality is we are going nowhere". Yes, quite right, and now here we are a year later and the share price is $2.20. And as you say, the BMW, Tesla and Posco deals have all passed us by it would seem. A year of waiting for this JP Morgan process of finding a SdV partner which seems to have come to nothing. We just continue to be shorted. It's got me beat.
