That holidaying judge story is an odd one.  FFS how hard can it be.  Do all title transfers stop over Xmas?  Does the whole country take a midday siesta every day?  Jeez, no wonder Western democracies are in decline.  I have to laugh at what is happening in the USA as well - with Trump threatening to shut down the Government for as long as it takes for him to get his bloody wall.  No wonder China is doing so well.  

I have to laugh though at the advertisement I am getting at the top of my HC page - "Say Goodbye to Rodents".  Maybe they are talking about shorters... in which case I would be happy to buy!
