I suspect at the first rerate, EBITDA (from recurring incomes) might still be negative; hence, some might use MC/Rev as a guide. At the second rerate, hopefully YTD EBITDA would be a decent positive figure to allow people to use MC/EBITDA as a guide.
Other factors to consider are the general market condition at the time and inclusion of NUH into the Tech Index (when relevant index funds are required to buy in). My knowledge about triggers for inclusion (firstly to Tech 300, 200, 50, etc.) is quite out-dated. Appreciate if someone can provide us the guidance about at what price points (i.e. MC) that NUH will be included in 300, 200, 50, etc.
