Good stuff...if nothing else it sends out a signal to other Co that we're prepared to protect our IP.

Word to the wise...don't get too hung up about this...IP matters tend to settle by way of confidential agreement...which may have seen the issue knocked on the head already. Worth keeping an eye out though.

I think there may be other breaches of IP I've seen and it's just IMO where NUH could possibly pursue other Co's down the track since we are pioneers of the hearable space...but may not be worth the effort currently...but a breach is a breach and the prerogative is open down the track if noticed...usual time limitations commence from time issue is discovered from what I recall. Jurisdictional time limits apply but are extendable at the Court's discretion.
