Instead, I'm going with HP being a massive and successful company with a massive and successful marketing department and based on that, accepting that whatever they do is smart, and the best strategy.

I do think that maybe they are a bit behind schedule - due to the delays/shortages in the semi-conductor industry etc - with their own stuff - i.e. the Dragonfly Max - and hence haven't yet launched the buds. They were only sending out Dragonflies for review two weeks ago - and that is one form of their "coming soon" marketing.

As I stated earlier, I doubt HPs timings matter much to us, and we would be manufacturing and shipping AND billing while the await the launch.
