If you don't make a third of what JM makes as a plumber what's the reason? The skill set lends itself to big earns...maybe need to exploit your potential better/smarter? But running and establishing a public Co in the spec space is no easy money and I do see the whole issue is subjective depending on what you think a big earn is I guess. So won't press the point beyond that other to say that there are directors in micro's that are pulling double what JM is and they are far from showing upward trends.

I notice you didn't answer my MAIN question though...what you DO YOU reckon a fair earn is for a CEO in a public Co.? What would please you????

You're insistant that they're paid exorbitantly so I'd really like to know your opinion on the point.
