You're still missing the point (whether you're genuinely disabled  or feigning ignorance I can't tell...I hope for your sake it's the latter). I've spelt it out at least 4 times...I know it won't make a difference to the VWAP!...it's the deceptive manner and mechanisms that brokers can and do employ which are never prosecuted by ASIC and by which the package is accumulated...not the actual trade itself...that large block of shares raises other issues altogether...could be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the intent of the purchaser.
